1. _______ A: Breeder agrees to provide buyer with either AKC papers or application for AKC registration on a full registration. By signing this contract, buyer agrees to put Lexi's before the entire registered name of the puppy if puppy isn't already registered. (Initial)

________ B: Buyer agrees to have puppy/dog spayed or neutered before the puppy is 6 months old or within 3 months for ages over 3 months. Breeders must receive a letter from a licensed veterinarian in the allowed time frame showing proof of the spay/neuter or the said puppy/dog will be returned to the seller immediately with no refund to the buyer. 2. Breeder agrees to deliver said puppy/dog to buyer with a record of medical history. Breeder also guarantees puppy/dog to be healthy at the time of sale to the best of sellers knowledge.

3. Breeder guarantees said puppy/dog for 48 hours for contagious disease and one year for life threatening congenital, hereditary, or genetic defects from your date of purchase. If there is anything wrong with said puppy/dog (life threatening) buyer must notify breeder immediately and the proper course of action will be taken. Buyer will have the right to exchange said puppy/dog for another one of equal value and of buyer's choice when a puppy/dog becomes available, provided a letter from the examining veterinarian is offered as evidence of the puppy/dog's life threatening illness and the puppy/dog is returned within the guarantee period.

4. Buyer must have said puppy/dog examined by a veterinarian of buyer's choice within 48 hours of receipt of said puppy/dog at buyer's expense in order for the 48-hour guarantee to apply to said puppy/dog. If any contagious disease or unsoundness is found, buyer may return said puppy/dog, registration papers, and a report from a licensed veterinarian to us at cost to the buyer. Buyer will be responsible for all shipping costs to return said puppy/dog to us and for the new puppy/dog to be shipped to buyer that will be the responsibility of the buyer. This does not include coccidia. We do recommend that puppies be put on albon when they arrive at their new home, especially if shipping as a precaution.

5. Should the buyer be unable to keep said puppy/dog at anytime, buyer will return said puppy/dog to the breeder for a refund of the value of the puppy/dog at that time. This puppy/dog is not to be resold or given to any other party without express written permission of the breeder. Under no circumstances is this dog to be surrendered to an animal shelter or rescue organization.  The breeder is always available as a safety net for the lifetime of every said puppy/dog we sell.

6. This puppy/dog is not sold with the guarantee of being show quality or of having perfect confirmation or with the guarantee of being breedable at the age of maturity. As breeders, we have to the best of our ability, attempted to breed a quality representation of the breed.

7. Breeder assumes no responsibility for veterinary or any other expenses incurred once said puppy/dog leaves breeder's premises.
